Full-time Receptionist/File Clerk

Kenney & Sams, P.C. has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist/file clerk at its Metro-West office in Southborough.  Candidates must be positive, dynamic, self-motivated, well-organized, task-oriented, reliable, dependable, and solution-oriented.  This position is for someone who loves the idea of providing an outstanding client experience.

This is a front desk position.  Duties include Monday – Friday front desk coverage, phone management, greeting/escorting and working with clients in a friendly, outgoing manner to ensure a great client experience.  In addition, you will assist legal staff with filing, organizing case files and general office administrative duties.

The successful candidate must have at least one year of professional office experience, excellent communication skills, a positive, team focused attitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.  Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
