Michelle focuses her practice in the area of employment litigation, counseling and commercial litigation.   She counsels clients on workplace issues, including wage and hour issues, employee handbooks, disciplinary actions, accommodations for disabilities, non-compete agreements, and new legal developments in Massachusetts. She also regularly represents clients in arbitration and litigation of employment related disputes, including discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination before both state and administrative agencies.  Michelle handles general litigation matters by analyzing case facts and assessing pre-litigation and litigation strategies while preparing for trial.
